Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. Please note our shipping are managing by third party 'An Post' and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to Irish customers only on orders over €100 shipping on Orders over €100.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 3 days after the day we accept your order (unless it was specified on website shipping is closed due to annual holiday). Once your order is packed, we will send you an order confirmation with tracking number.

While we are a Ireland-based company, we do ship outside of Ireland. Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Customers - or recipients - are responsible for paying any import duties, customs, additional taxes or fees as they are not included in the price at checkout. We have no control over when or for how much these fees are charged (it varies by country, city, and package), and we are not able to pay them ahead of time or take care of them on our end.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

CARE FOR STERLING SILVER
What’s not to love about silver jewellery? They are durable, light, and perfect for any occasion. On top of that, they are sustainable and you can recycle / upcycle silver once you are done with the design or pass on to others as family heirloom. While it is considered a precious metal, it is the only one that is 'cheaper' and readily available among them. It’s always a popular option if you’re looking for good quality on a budget. There is, however, a downside to silver, that is, tarnishing. Silver tends to lose its shine and lustre through tarnish when exposed to sulfuric components. While you can restore the shine by polishing the silver, it can get tiring to do so each time you take out your silver pieces. Keep your jewellery dry and store in a box away from sunlight. Handmade sterling silver jewellery is naturally softer than costume jewellery and can be more easily scratched or damaged. Also unlike big jewellery company who mass produce, who may uses varies of method on surface treatment to keep the jewellery shine for longer, such as electroplating, but I think that is the beauty of natural silver and handmade process.
